Master Yoga Classes
Join us in experiencing the depth and wisdom a skillful teacher like Swami Pragyamurti offers in these 2 hour intensive yoga classes. The classes will consist of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation and several other esoteric yogic gems not usually experienced in a classroom environment. People coming to one or two classes will get a taste of the great depth of this rich yogic science. People coming to all the classes will receive the additional effect of Sadhanna as the classes gradually build on each other and deepen ones experience immensely.
“I thought yoga was just a sequence of movements and a little lie down at the end, until I experienced the Master Yoga Classes with Swami Pragyamurti. I could not believe how many aspects of my being had been touched through what seem like such simple practices.”
- Yoga Student, on attending the classes in 2011
