Who am I Yoga class

Who am I? Classes
Join Chaitanyananda every Thursday, 7pm till 9:30pm. These long classes are aimed for people wanting to go deeply into the experience of themselves. We will take time to explore yoga postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, locks, mudras, meditation and several other esoteric yoga practices. The classes cater to both novices and experienced practitioners as each person will experience the practices based on where they are. The classes are progressive and those coming regularly will experience how yoga practices get deeper over time. Having said that each class will create it's own effect allowing one to experience themselves on the more subtle dimensions of their being.

The same Sadhanna is taught for a period of 6 weeks, so that students get the benefit of going deeper into the practices as more and more subtle elements are revealed over the weeks.

Cost: R100 per class if paying for a month in advance, or R150 for a drop in class.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your own meditation cushion. Mats are provided.

Please come with an empty stomach for your own comfort, so eat something before 4pm or wait until after the class.

General Yoga Class

Join Yogakirtee on Saturday Mornings, 8:30am-9:45am. This class contains yoga asana, pranayama, and yoga nidra or relaxation practices. It is a great way to start your weekend, leaving you relaxed, mindful and energized. The classes are for novices and advanced practitioners who wish to experience the gently but profound effects of Satyananda Yoga's integral style.

Cost: R60 per class if paying for a month in advance, or R70 for a drop in class.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your own meditation cushion. Mats are provided.

Please come with an empty stomach for your own comfort.
