Guidelines for Students
Classes
  • Please come at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. Classes begin punctually and if you are late you will disrupt the class.
  • Wear lose comfortable clothes that will not restrict movement. Avoid clothing with buttons or zips that may dig into you.
  • Ideally come on an empty stomach. Food in the stomach will cause discomfort during postures and indigestion.
  • During the class listen to your body and if something is painful or does not feel comfortable, discuss it with the teacher.
  • Do not force or strain ever.
  • Please inform the teacher of any illness, back problems, or other ailments you may have.
  • It is best to prioritise yoga and make a commitment to yourself to come regularly to the same class each week. This way you will be able to progress and receive maximum benefit.
  • Please let us know if you can’t make it to your class.

Payment

  • Monthly payment is taken at the beginning of the month period.
  • The monthly fee is non-refundable and the month expires regardless of attendance.
  • R350 entitles you to two or more classes per week.
  • R240 entitles you to one class per week.
  • R70 per class.
